Hayley, CNA, RN

Certified Nursing Assistant

Hayley brings over 11 years of healthcare experience to her role, including eight years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and becoming a Registered Nurse.

Her personal journey as a Type 1 diabetic inspired her to pursue nursing and fueled her passion for helping others navigate their own health and wellness journeys.

As a CNA, Hayley gained valuable experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, nephrology, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). After becoming a nurse, she relocated to Coralville to join the University of Iowa’s Pediatric ICU team, where she continues to pick up shifts and remain connected to acute pediatric care.

Hayley is passionate about integrative and holistic medicine and is excited to continue expanding her knowledge while contributing to the mission of Progressive Rehabilitation Medicine. She values a patient-centered approach and enjoys helping individuals optimize their health and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking and hammocking—as well as weight lifting and yoga. She is also a devoted dog mom to two dogs who have her whole heart, and she loves spending as much time with them as possible.
